AT&T adds more VoIP service to business customers |
AT&T adding more VoIP service and primarily targeting business. My reaction? Good for them! I can’t stand ATNT, have had nothing but poor experience with them as a business customer routinely paying $1000 phone bills and I also cheered the day that they got out of the cable business in our area (good riddance!). They always had some better long distance deal or plan that we we were never getting which pissed me off as a customer. I’ll also cheer the day that they completely dissolve financially for how we were treated as their customers. They turned us over to collections for phone calls made to a phone number that was not even ours! Their crappy, on-hold forever support, man, don’t get me started. Go, Skype, go! If they keep to their present track, they’ll be a real thorn in ATNT someday and I’ll be happy for that, too. No, I’m not at all bitter. Grrrr. Hmm. Grrrr.
